I have used a power plate before when I was doing red light therapy. With a new year upon us and new health and wellness goals for my husband and I, this was something I absolutely wanted to add to our routine. After a month of use, I know longer have stiff lower back issues or tight hips. Who knew that sitting on the Hovert for 10 minutes before and after a ghastly leg workout would be the key to a super-effective warmup and recovery?
That's not the end of this review. As my family started to share a sinus infection last month, I was the only one that was using the Hovert regularly. I am also the only one that didn't get sick. Is this the only thing I did to stay healthy? No, it's just the only thing I did different from the rest of my family.
Let's continue! Knee and ankles have never felt better! At my age (43) that's something I rather enjoy sharing. I workout regularly but the last month having this added to my regimen has me feeling better all around!
Just received it so I haven't used it long enough to be able to review it. So far the plug wobbles and does not stay connected to the machine. I will try to get help from support line.
I’ve only used the machine twice now but seems sturdy. It’s heavy and the platform is wide. So far no complaints, but I just received it so no real review yet.
I did a low 10 minute workout last night (P2), just to start out and wow, my mind is blown! I could feel all the muscles in my body contracting and my lymphatic system draining in real time. I hope this helps strengthen my core and back muscles with continued use.
