Happy I purchased Lifepro vibration plate. I have only had it a few days and excited to use and learn more about it.

Love my LifePro

I use my LifePro first day it arrived. Only did 10 minutes that day. I have done twice a day since then. I love it so far. So easy to use, you feel you are really accomplishing something. So thrilled to have the LifePro especially since it is winter. I look forward to doing it twice a day. I am 75 years old and my goal is to strengthen my muscles improve circulation, lose weight, and develop stronger bones. Thank you for great product! I researched others but felt this one was better made and I was right. Many Blessings

I’m sold! I’ve only had it for a month, got it as a Christmas gift and I’m enamored with all the types of exercises that you can do with it. The sky is the limit. ?
