Good vibrations

I am excited to begin my journey towards good health by using my vibration plate. Only reason it was not a full five star review was because the remote control does not work . However, I have requested a replacement. Hopefully it will arrive soon so I can vibrate with ease

Broken remote

Just opened the box and started to use the vibration plate, but after inserting the batteries, the remote isn’t working. Hopefully, it’ll be an easy exchange with Lifepro.

I chose the Hovert to begin improving my lymphatic system and to improve bone density, balance, relax stress points throughout my body, and strengthen my core. At 64, this is the first time I have focused on my lymphatic system…but it’s never too late!! Life is a journey and I look forward to the many years ahead.

Too soon to see results, but not too soon to feel results. After using the plate I feel lighter and relaxed. I look forward to using the vibration plate daily. Depending on how it is being used, it can be relaxing and/or challenging.

I’ve been using for several days and my aches have vanished and I’m sleeping better. I am adding mobility and workouts. I enjoy the preprogrammed settings. It makes it very easy to use.
