Only had the Hovert board for a couple of days. Purchased it for lymphatic drainage and joint maintenance. Started off low on P1 and can already feel improved lymphatic circulation.

I purchased to help with bone density, i don’t know yet if helps bones yet. I can say it helps me feel better, more energy, less aches and pains. It was worth every penny. I absolutely love it!

I’m dealing with health issues that catch many of us in limbo. Need to exercise to feel better and improve circulation but health issues make exercising almost impossible. Very hopeful this will help get over the hump!

I bought this product and discussed with my doctor to use for my peripheral neuropathy and osporosis. Though not tons of studies, she was not against me trying it so that's what I'm doing
