Wonderful for all over body pain

This is a wonderful tool for helping blood flow for all over body pain. I stand and sit on the vibration plate to help my low back and hip pain for relief before bed.

I have been using my Hovert first thing in the morning and then jump back on one more time during the day. I was having sciatic issues and slowly this seems to be helping. Also great for just working out all the muscles.

I have only just received the lifepro hovert 3d vibration plate but I can tell at the very least that this is a sturdy piece of equipement.
I have tried it once but i have high hopes it will help with my myofascial pain issues.

I just got my Hovert, I used it two times. I found it easy to use the pre-programmed work outs.
It was fun to use and afterwards I did feel better.

The combination of horizontal and lateral vibrations take it to another level! I've used professional vibration plates and they don't come close to the LifePro Hovert for engaging my core. Wow! Just wow!
