I've used the plate for a variety of things and have been pleased with results..sitting on it at the end of the work day, for lymphatic drainage, stretching and exercising..easy set up

Vibrating Exercising Machine, I put it to the test when we received it, to my surprise it worked well, it was a little getting used to once it got started, I had to correct my balance, once that happened, I enjoyed the workout.
