First impression right out of the box

I received this as a gift from hubby since I've been talking about the interest to help get back into shape. Retired (6 years! Where did the time go) with bad knees and have regretted being less active. Hoping this gets me on a better track and I have an appointment with a dietitian in a few weeks.
So it is packaged great, oh its heavy, I'm impressed the surface is very large. It looks very impressive and I can't wait to try it out. I will update my review after I have a good ideal how it works for me. 67, overweight, bad knees female.

I use this almost daily and it really helps with energy levels, mood, and getting blood circulating in the morning. Very much a somatic release as well. Love the versatility of it as well.

I just got my vibrating plate. I used it once so far. It's really quite and sturdy. I will have to learn more about how to stand and what all it can do.
