Hovert 3D vibration plate

I use this every morning as a warm up before I go to work. It helps me get ready for the labor intensive work I do on a daily basis. I usually stand on it, but if my lower back is sore from the workday before, I will sit on it and it helps loosen my back up before I head out the door.

The Lifepro vibrant machine provides great variations in exercising with the product. I like being able to mix it up and do different types of vibration (slow, fast, 3D movement, etc) so the body doesn't get accustomed to the workout

For those that can't walk, the vibration plate is the next best thing--keeps the muscles fit while improving overall blood and lymph circulation.

Not bad but expensive

It wont let me past this page without typing something, I was just trying to register the warranty. So Far, in my seven days, it hasn't been bad but it was expensive. Not sure if its lived up to the price yet, we'll see.
