Quiet & sturdy

I just finished using my new vibration plate for the first time. Immediately I noticed that this machine makes no noise. It also is up off of the ground to where it doesn’t feel like it’s vibrating the floor when I use it. Beginners can choose from different program modes, I started out (P1-P2) but has medium and high settings if you are feeling more confident. I found it easy to balance on without any support. I’m looking forward to using this every day as part of my workout routine.

First Use

I’m a 72 year old male and was able to use my new Lifepro Hovert 3D vibration plate for the first time today. Set up was easy and I read through the instructions for first use a couple of times before starting my first workout. Everything went smooth. I am very impressed with the quality of the product and how quiet it is. My wife and I are both looking forward to the overall health benefits of regular use of this quality product.
