After doing much research with reputable sources, I think this might be the best investment I've made in my health & fitness! After the first 2 minutes of using the vibration board I could REALLY feel it in my calves. This tells me it's doing something positive to impact my muscles. I am starting very slowly due to my age of 66 with only a couple of minutes a day. But I think it is doing exactly what I had hoped for ... moving my lymphatic system, strengthening muscles, impacting against bones to build bone, and giving me a nice warm, energizing circulatory tingling. I almost bought a rebounder but this takes up much less space, is actually less effort than jumping up and down on a rebounder, and it's very quiet. The one thing I will be watching carefully is whether or not it hurts my lower back from the up and down impact to my spinal discs. So far no worries there, but I am being very careful not to overdo it until everything "shakes out" :) So far I LOVE THIS THING!

Having trouble

I used it for a few times and then had to have surgery. I’m now released to do it . But it will not turn on. Is there a reset button ?

We've only had our new Hovert 3D vibration plate for 3 days. It is very well made. Solid. Quiet. Lifetime warranty! We are looking forward to seeing the health benefits this machine offers.

J'ai des problèmes musculaire et de l'arthrose. Durant l'été je marche beaucoup la chaleur m'aide mais durant l'hiver, je veux rester active et en santé je pense que cet appareil devrait m'aider. Un entraînement à la maison c'est parfait pour moi. Je vais voir a long terme...
