I can't rate something I'm opening. In order to complete my warranty submission, you are forcing me to rate a product I'm currently unboxing that I haven't even unwrapped.
This isn't good customer service. This is bad systems and website design.

Using it in seated position to keep lymph moving while I recover from. Achilles surgery. Looking forward to exercising with it in the future. Love the attached arm resistance cords for the upper body.
