I did a low 10 minute workout last night (P2), just to start out and wow, my mind is blown! I could feel all the muscles in my body contracting and my lymphatic system draining in real time. I hope this helps strengthen my core and back muscles with continued use.

Awesome Machine!

I looked at a lot of vibration plates and decided this was the one for me. Goes in multiple directions. It is much larger and heavier than I imagined, but the quality is awesome. Hope it stands up for years. I have other Lifepro products and they are great quality.

My legs feel alive!

I suffer from poor circulation and lower limb swelling, especially the right side. My legs get heavy and ankles swell. I felt a difference on the first try. Got off and my legs were itchy (they were alive). I can't wait to see what's in store.
