Today is the first day of the rest of my life.
Just did my first workout & I feel great!
I’m an out of shape big (heathy) woman who has some joint & back pain from the many years of playing sports
I also purchased a HumeHealth smart body analyzer to track my body fat, muscle mass, body mass

The Lifepro vibration plate has been a great addition to my daily routine. It boost circulation, helps with stiffness and gives me surprising core and balance workout in just a few minutes. It is easy to use, pre-programs, compact and perfect for a quick recovery or lymphatic support. Highly recommended!

So excited my Hovert 3D vibration plate got here!!!

After doing the research on what will help me to get back in shape with the dif injuries I aquired in a head on mva 9 years ago that prevent me from doing alot of regular workouts, I ordered my Hovert 3D vibration plate on Dec 1st 2025 and I was so excited that I told my friend who works at the post office about it so when it got here Dec 9 she let me know as soon as it got here lol. It's a way better product than I expected. It comes with so many extras and great info on how to use it and the benefits from each mode and vibration. I have done 7 of the 10 min programmed workouts and I can already feel the difference. I am excited to be able to create custom workouts too. I can honestly say I absolutely LOVE this unit and all of the support it comes with. Great job lifepro!
