I liker this device, but remote is not working well.

I really like the Hovert—it helps relax my muscles and reduces swelling after a long day. However, the remote doesn’t work very well. I often have to press the buttons multiple times to turn the device on.
My elderly parents are unable to use the machine on their own because they can’t stop it, and due to their poor balance, they’re afraid to step off. We removed the protective film from the display panel, but that didn’t solve the issue.
I would like to replace the remote. Please let me know how to do this.

I am able to receive an overall response from this machine. It enables me to build muscle, become “regular” and assist with aches and pains in my neck and back. I actually feel great without memories of feeling my age.

Just getting started

I have just started using the vibration plate so I can’t sing praises of the results. I’m starting out small with just standing on the plate on the high vibration mode for 10
minutes a day. I look forward to incorporating more of the workout videos but I’m just getting started. I will say the set up and instructions were easy to follow.

Received my machine yesterday, tried the machine 3 times already and I am hoping it will help with joint problems. Would like to get back to horseback riding but my hips are so out of shape

Just received my 3D vibration plate and I can't wait to start using it. I have joint problems and hope this machine & my joint supplement will help me get back to horseback riding. Need to improve my balance & flexibility. For now I'm just giving it 1 star but will be back to change that after using it for a week
