In my 60’s staying strong

I’ve read a lot about vibration boards but until you’ve actually tried one, I can’t believe how great I feel during & after a ‘workout’.
I can choose to stand or do squats while watching tv & before I know it, 10 minutes are gone.
I’m excited to look at the different options & to incorporate my tai chi workout with this.

I love this product. Its great for the whole family! Its helped with gradual weight loss as well. Recommend for anyone who needs some movement and isn't able to get it outside or elsewhere.
