Wonderful for all over body pain

This is a wonderful tool for helping blood flow for all over body pain. I stand and sit on the vibration plate to help my low back and hip pain for relief before bed.

I have been using my Hovert first thing in the morning and then jump back on one more time during the day. I was having sciatic issues and slowly this seems to be helping. Also great for just working out all the muscles.

I have only just received the lifepro hovert 3d vibration plate but I can tell at the very least that this is a sturdy piece of equipement.
I have tried it once but i have high hopes it will help with my myofascial pain issues.
