It's hard to review this until I've used it for a while, but my initial impression is that it does make the body work out in new ways and does help. Not only that, but the construction is very strong. Thus a fine vibration plate (having never tried one prior to this one).
Since my lack of experience, I can only give it 4 stars until it's proved itself. I always think it's funny to ask for a review right when one gets an item, and has no time to really use it and, like me, have not compared it with any other.

Only had time to use it once but they wanted a review as part of the registration process. Shipped fast and was well packaged. So far it’s working well but I can’t rate it higher as I have not had the time to test everything out yet or see what the durability over time is like yet. No idea yet if I will get any benefit from using it yet, they make you register the it within 7 days so asking for an immediate review on it is kinda pointless in this time frame.
