lifepro usage

I was surprised at the strength of the movement of the plate on it's lowest level. I tried it standing, with and without using the resistance bands. I tried it sitting and holding onto the sides. I can tell it will be forcing me to use muscles in ways that typical walking and weight lifting can't replicate. I look forward to using it daily and increasing my time and strength levels.

I’m super excited how my new 3d vibration I could be happier . I’ve order 2 vibration plates from two different companies and was not happy but then plate Omg just amazing will be ordering more products from u guys sooooo ty
