As a senior who hates to work out, I find this machine is a great way to get a full body workout in half the time and energy. I totally recommend this to anyone who needs to increase blood circulation, strength and bone density.

A home workout boost!

I try to get to the gym three times a week, and most often do. When I'm home, my workouts have been lackluster and boring. The LifePro has given me a boost. It just feels like I'm getting more out of whatever I do, when I figure out how to do it with the Hovert.
