I like the large size of the surface since I have large feet. The surface feels comfortable and stable. I also appreciate the solid construction and the heavy weight which guarantees non-slippage on any surface. It was fun experimenting with the difference between speeds and the position I held on the platform. I’ll update my review after more use

I put off purchasing a plate for months now. I am so glad that I found Lifepro. They have product options, great quality, and fair pricing. The Hovert is just what I was looking for in a vibration plate. The extra width, sturdiness, and program options are just what this 65+ beginner needed!
