Wonderful Machine

Received the Hovert today and did my first workout on it. I had it on the lowest speed and I feel terrific! Doing this daily should really improve my joints, lymphatic system and balance; three targets I'm wanting to work on. Looking forward to the challenge!

We are excited to learn all the benefits this product offers and following the recommended training programs ranging from stretches, exercises, and built in programs to walk us through beginner through advanced over the course of a few weeks.
The addition of bands and resistance exercises will be nice as an all round body benefit.

I bought this item because my feet and legs fall asleep. It took awhile to figure out how to use both motors at once for the entire body. After my first 10min tryout, my legs and feet felt blood flow and i was able to sleep that night! The item is heavy, but well-made! Looks like one of the professional machines in the chiropractic office. I highly recommend this product!
