Great addition to my home gym. The Horizon ball is so well made, the surface provides great traction. Fantastic value, considering it comes with a squishy ball and an exercise chart. I have neuropathy in my feet and lower legs. After only a few days, I feel less numbness and improved circulation in my lower legs. So glad I decided to try it out.

High quality materials and good functionality. Only comment is that the bottom side is not flat across the middle and has the log on it. This makes it uncomfortable to be barefoot on it.
