I am using my TrimLite Vibration Plate with students to work on alerting, relaxation and calming techniques. They love getting on the vibration plate and we are seeing the effectiveness of the product already!!!

My Chiropractor recommended and sold this vibration plate. Will have to let you know once I use it. Too early to actually review the product.

Just had a mastectomy 3 weeks ago, i read that vibration plate works well for after surgery tightness so I went ahead and bought this. Wow after just one use, i felt a big difference in the tightness of my left arm & left shoulder/chest, it has loosen up and felt relieved. I will not attach the handlebar for now

Vibration plate works great. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. I’m excited n anxious to see if it truly helps with osteopenia. Time will tell.
