vibration Plate does a great job, but the stretch bands that were provided with it have already worn and broken. I would recommend that you replace those as I should not have broken so early.

I ordered the vibration plate for my husband and I. I had been having leg cramps almost every night and since I have the vibration plate….zero leg cramps. It also really has toned up my legs. My husband has swelling in his feet and ankles plus severe knee pain. It helps him but sometimes his knees are too painful to use the plate.
I only have one complaint.We are seniors so I thought having the handlebar option would be wise. It rattles and makes so much noise that we just took it off…that’s disappointing but overall I am quite pleased with the plate.

Enjoying the Life Pro

My husband and I are both in our eighties and don’t get the exercise we should — especially during the winter months. Using the Life Pro makes us feel as if we have done something that is beneficial. We like the fact that it improves balance and circulation.

We purchased the trimlite vibration plate in December of 2025 and have been using it daily. Today one of the resistance bands tore apart and we would like to replace it. Please let us know how to order replacements and cost.
