Not user friendly to assembly accessories

I found all the screws, bolts, wrenches a little intimidating. I wish it would have been less of all of that...and I would have LOVED a video showing how to put all of this together. I am 74 years old and not mechanically talented....I was very disappointed ...I am not sure if I can ever put it all together...

I purchased the blue vibration plate to help with lymphatic drainage. This plate was super fast and simple to build. I love it already.

I am very new to the vibration plate, but I am very pleased with my purchase! I love it bc it has a place for me to hold onto since my balance is bad with Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. I am very interested to learn how this can help improve my health as I use it.
