With this new vibration plate I am hoping to get my circulation back in my feet and hands and help in other health issues. I read and watched videos on vibration plates. I went with Lifepro because I have their products already and they stand behind their products.

I have not used it yet, just finished putting it together, but wanted to register to get the 2 year warranty. The unit was packaged well. Instructions are very clear and helpful making it very easy to assemble. Seems very sturdy and well made.

The trimlite vibe plate was easy to assemble and seems like a sturdy piece of equipment. I might have give it a 5 star rating if it had come with a linger electric cord. It’s heavier than I anticipated so I won’t be moving it much. No inpur input in actual use yet as I’m just starting out with it. Trying to find the workouts online and/or on YouTube but having trouble finding them.

The trimlite vibe plate was easy to put together and seems like a solid piece of equipment. It’s heavier than I expected so I won’t be moving it around much. If it had come with a longer electric cord I might have given it a five. Just starting the workouts so no word on that yet.
