I am an elderly person having trouble with my knees and hips. I can actually do this machine and am hoping it will strengthen my leg muscles so that I can be active again.

I'm just getting used to the Trimlite. Lowest vibration setting is pretty strong and glad I get the handgrip bar to stabilize myself when getting off the machine.

I just received my Lifepro vibration plate. It does take a moment to get use to the vibration, but once I got going with on the beginner mode and warm up exercises, I can tell you could feel it working in every muscle. The first night I had improved sleep. I am looking forward to using it daily.
