Enjoying the Vibration Plate

I research about the Vibration plate when a friend shared about her experience. I like this one from Lifepro as it has a handle bar to help me ease to using it in the beginning and appreciate this included feature that some Vibration plates do no have. Thank you!

I just opened the box up and put it together and the whole thing has been a breeze It is very easy to put together and directions are very specific. Once put together I turned it on and it works perfectly. I would definitely recommend.

New to vibration at 81 yrs

Feels good. I'm a dedicated rebounder. Vibration works well after rebounding. Even low settings feel strong. I recomend staring at intensity level 1 for 3-5 min; not program P1.
