Best thing ever

I am a 64 old female that semi takes care of herself. I work is very stressful and sometimes push off and work outs. My Daughter is a chiropractor and I talked to her about getting a vibration plate. She told me that it would be beneficial to me. So I bought one and been using it faithfully for almost 2 weeks and I am loving it. I feel awesome. I have energy and my sleep has improved so much. I am doing a 30 day challenge with myself. So far it was a great purchase.

Bought this for my 74 yr old mom. She wanted to get all the benefits of a workout without leaving the house. She just finished her first session on her new Vibration Plate and felt so relaxed after. The best gift!

This was given to me as a gift so I don't have a receipt. My dil thought it would be good for my neuropathy in feet and lower leg. I am trying to access the directions for operating it in a beneficial way. So far I have used it twice a day just standing on it.

Low impact. Definitely doesn't affect mine or my husband's back which was a concern. Hopefully this will help with my weight and strengthening of my muscle and with my lymphatic drainage.
