Daughter sent me my LifePro for my birthday and I’m using it several times a day every day. Only used it a few days and have noticed I’m not as sore. It doesn’t take much vibration to relieve my stiffness. This is a great gift for your senior parents. Love it!!!!

I am very new to the vibration plate, but I am very pleased with my purchase! I love it bc it has a place for me to hold onto since my balance is bad with Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. I am very interested to learn how this can help improve my health as I use it.
