This was my first vibration plate. I think it has helped with circulation. I believe I will upgrade to the Waver now that I see that it works. This one seems to be a little unsteady when I try to do exercises for balance on the outer edge of it.

Trimlite Vibration Plate

I love the vibration plate and after a few uses, I can see more strength in my legs. Because of my disability, I ordered a unit with a handle. However, the handle is very short and wobbly so that I have inserted it into the second hole down for more stability. The instructions say to place the unit at least 5 ft away from a solid surface such as a wall. However the cord is only 4 ft long requiring an extension.

I use the plate every day, usually twice. It has reduced cellulite on my thighs, helped with Gluteal Tendonopathy and some weight loss!

I’ve been using my plate for five days now and am happy with the results. It’s a great workout in a short amount of time. I love that. I highly recommend it, but not for people with fate of heart.
