I absolutely love the Allevared Pro Belt! I have integrated it into my daily routine, and it has truly made a world of difference.
The infrared technology provides deep, soothing heat that goes well beyond a standard heating pad. I use it every single day, and it has been incredibly effective at managing and reducing my lower back pain. An added bonus that really surprised me is how much it helps bring down swelling and inflammation in the area.
It is comfortable to wear, easy to use, and has become an essential part of my daily wellness ritual. If you are on the fence about trying an infrared belt for back relief, I highly recommend this one!

Only using <1 week! Instructions are thorough and all parts included, but my remote is different than that in the video. Video never mentions you can wear belt directly over skin.
