Much improved, reduced pain

Being over 50 and sitting at a desk for a remote job has led to much lower back and neck discomfort, stiffness and pain at times. Using the Allevared Light Therapy Belt at the end of my days on my back has reduced a lot of discomfort. I have also been using it on my upper back and neck as I go to sleep, my neck is feeling much better the next morning!

packaging of the product is excellent
ease of use is excellent
easy to follow instructions

I am looking forward to see how this helps my back and feet. I already own the Rumblex vibration plate and love that. Lifepro has excellent products!

I already have an allevared light therapy belt and love it. I ordered this one for my husband who has lumbar difficulties. I fully expect it to help him--at least some.

Well built great red light & near IR therapy belt. Well built and so far works as expected. So far I have used it for a week for my knee problem. This belt has helped my back pain as well.
