I just received my belt, and it is good quality and packaged well. It does appear to be easy to use. Now I am adding it to me workout routine for my abs to tighten, provide comfort, and improve circulation. Hoping to let the benefits begin!

I truly have been able to deal with any sciatica pain since using the belt! I recommend it to everyone. My granddaughter even used it on her legs during cross country season!

I purchased the AllevaRed Light Therapy Belt and I use it daily for my lower back and stomach. This belt allows my lower back to be pain free and relaxed. The light is warming and feels great. The vibration option makes it feel more effective.
