Not able to use unless it is plugged in to power cable

Kust received this and it is too earlier to tell. It is annoying because I have to plug to the power outlet to use it, meaning I have to sit stationary. Not sure if I got a damaged one. I am ready to return it already.

I just received my belt and I’m so excited yo use it! The packaging is really nice and I love that I don’t have to rip the box open. Can’t wait to start seeing results!
