I love putting this belt on when I am using my vibration plate or sitting down to relax. I enjoy the different setting and the vibrations are a nice added touch.

If you’re looking to get started on your red light therapy journey, this is the belt for you. Great quality! Bought a different belt from a different brand and 3/4 of the lights stopped working on it after about 1 1/2 months. This belt from Lifepro is a keeper. It has helped me with stretch marks and loose skin. Definitely recommend!
