Power Cable Short

I've been using the belt regularly for 9 months. A few days ago, the power started randomly turning off, presumably due to a short in the power cord. Other than that, I have been happy with the product.

Device doesn’t stay turned on

I go through all the settings, set timer to 30 minutes, it will get to 29, sometimes 28 minutes (counting down from 30) then completely shut off. I did this 5 times with same result. I would like a replacement belt

I have brought plenty of products from LP put this is by far my favorite gem because on top of relieving my pain it relaxes me too. You won't regret purchasing this and I am sure it will be just as relaxing for you as it is for me.
