So had this phone for a week now, it's basically just an upgraded model which is nice but no headphone jack, doesn't come with a charger but instead a c to c cable which does nothing for me at all, and you have the buy everything separate. I'm a huge samsung fan from phones to TV and even kitchen appliances bit honestly I'm really disappointed this time. Nice camera but I have a regular camera on my phone I need things like headphoen jack and a working cable if I'm paying for the phone. I miss my s10 now. And an upgraded phone does not mean the screen needs to be huge thats what tablets are for.

Face ID not nearly as good as iPhone

I have been buying Samsung phones for a long while and will continue to even though it has shortfalls. One common complaint is if I send texts to iPhone users, my messages don't always go through. The second frustration is the Face ID to unlock the phone. It fails a lot whereas the iPhone does a much better job of recognizing my face. Probably because Samsung only takes a straight on face shot; in comparison to the iPhone that has you rotate the phone around your face, providing multiple angles for recognition.

Still No LED Light = :(

Please bring back the LED light in the next model! The camera AOD light feature isn't visible enough. I used to buy Galaxy models explicitly for the LED light; I don't see a reason to stay with Samsung without it.

Trade in for my S10e and aside for the size difference and the camera lens, there's Not much, as mentioned, SD card slot was taken away but Not a deal breaker, display finger print is better than on the side, buttons all moved to the right side, it is better, charging port" should be magnetic cord instead of USB c, it wears out very quickly for a phone this expensive that is unacceptable Over all is a top of the line cell phone with needed improvements

No Power adaptor supplied

Upgraded from an S6 to the S21. Power cords do not match up. Not Happy an adaptor was not included with purchase. Can't even charge or use my new phone and had to fight with my carrier to get service back to my old phone. How CHEAP is that! Why or What is the reason of not supplying a new adaptor? EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED so far. Can't actually review a phone that I can not use!
