I bought this a few days ago and I'm honestly having fun with the new apps and features. I love the apps I didn't have before. Gaming is so much more fun and the videos are so crisp and clear. My old phone had great camera function but I love the new camera features on this phone. Job well done so far, Samsung. One thing that I'm sad about is the Aux port is missing. But my Bluetooth headphones make up for it.

I've had this phone for a few months now. I love the camera quality. And how clear the pictures and videos are. It's smaller then my note 10+, but I love that it fits in my pockets without falling out.

I bought this phone a month ago because my s7edge was no longer being supported. Samsung has removed some of the handy features that we all enjoyed: This phone no longer has tap to answer an incoming call(unless you turn on acceptability mode-then it has an annoying floating icon that stays on each page your enter, now need to swipe to answer, no longer has the LED blinking light to show that you missed a call, voice mail, or text message, no longer has phone jack or sd card ability. the camera is nice and sharp but that doesn't make up for the other losses. in addition, samsung has added more bloatware that you can't remove. the color choices for the s21 5g does not include silver or gold. It is less user friendly in changing various setting that it was before. Many of the settings are not able to be changed. I would rather have kept my s7edge if they were still supporting it. I hope Samsung will send an update at least putting back the light notification, and making changing settings easier. If not, maybe they will put these helpful features back on in two years when my contract is up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I Love this phone, the camera is great. It has great battery life, screen, fast fingerprint sensor, speed, and pretty much everything I could ask for. I love the back of the device not being glass. It's perfect!!!

I waited for 5 months to purchase the Galaxy s21 ultra, and have had it now for nearly 2 weeks. In the past I have owned the Galaxy Note line and always loved it, but am now blown away by all the features on this new device. I learn multiple new things about it every day and couldn't imagine using any other model.

Don't know why I bought this

I upgraded to the S21 because my S10 was acting wonky. Poor wifi performance requiring constant restarts, poor cellular connection. Got my new S21 (my first 5G phone) and I see absolutely ZERO improvement in performance. No advantage with 5G, still have to either switch wifi connections every 20 minutes or so to maintain a solid connection (I've tried everything but a factory reset, and if I have enough hours one day to reinstall all my apps and preferences I will have to try that). Oh, and the camera is not anywhere noticeably different than the S10. Oh, and the button arrangement sucks. Can't power it down with power button without going into the settings and making that button the power button (it's the Bixby button by default), so if you need/want to shut down your phone you CAN'T until you Google "How do I turn off my Galaxy S21" and learn how. That's just what I wanted to do.
Any way I look at it, waiting for the phone to arrive and paying what I did was all for naught. I despise Apple phones, so I guess my next one will be a Motorola flip phone, if they still make them. It would probably be a much less stressful experience.
This will be my last Galaxy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
