The newest s21 is an amazing upgrade with beautiful features of the Android system we all know and love. My fave is the new Samsung Free app where I can watch TV and music and podcasts and so much content right at my fingertips! So Samsung - thank you!

Great phone, minus the sim issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the phone, exceptional camera. However- a major issue is the fact that it was advertised as a dual sim phone when, in fact, it is not a feature enabled by Samsung. After contacting customer service i was told it was an issue with my carrier. When i explained it was not, as I had planned to use the phone internationally, I was told it will be enabled at some point, with no specific date or guarantee. Not happy, since this was my main reason for purchasing this phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Absolutely love the camera!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I jumpsuit from my old s8 to this and I haven't looked back since. The camera is amazing. It has a smoothly responsiveness. Only wish there were more colors when I purchase, but a case or stickers are quick fixes for that.
