I just recently purchased this phone. It's nice takes great pictures, but the lack of the SD card really isn't for me. I don't like putting my pictures on "the cloud" so therefore I have to keep my old phone with me to reference my pictures taken on my previous phones. Also, it seems as if it's iPhone like. If I wanted an iPhone, I would have purchased it. Does have nice features, but I'm tempted to go back to my older model until it no longer works.

This phone is awesome it does everything I ask of it , and more . The memory capacity rocks . It's easy to use , looks pretty cool , great camera quality . Picture resolution is freaking awesome . Fits perfect in my hand . The sound quality is magnificent couldn't ask for better sound . I have recommended this phone to all my friends and family 3 of them got this same phone . I can't put it down for 20 minutes its got me hooked .

Headphone jack missing and can't use square

I purchased this phone to take great pictures. I also use this phone to process credit cards with square. I have purchased 2 different dongles to plug into the USB-c to have a headphone jack and I can't get the headphone jack to work for processing. I tested my squares with my friends phone since she uses square too. What a useless phone for business! I have had the phone one week and I can't use it for one of the two reasons I have a cell phone. What dongle works with this phone? I need it to process credit cards at shows. What happened to the headphone jack in my phone?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The night feature takes this phone to another leve

I've always been impressed with Samsung phone cameras but this bad boy has a night mode that grabs the light that is available & uses it to brighten the picture. Super clear videos on 4K as well. I could go on & on & by the time I'm done you'll probably have one ordered. The battery also last a heck of a lot longer!

Worst phone I've ever had

I upgraded after 5 years with my S9. Biggest mistake. This phone is the worst. Group texting is a night mare. Unfortunately WFH, I do this all day with my co-workers. Every single text needs to be downloaded individually. Picture texts take 15 minutes to load, if they even do. Most texts fail to send.. Many dropped phone calls.
Don't do it.
I have spent many hours speaking with my carrier. Nobody has a resolution. All my settings are correct. The last tech told me I had to turn off my wifi in order to get my text messages. Whaat? Again, don't do it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent phone

We upgraded recently and I couldn't be happier with my new phone. This phone has excellent cameras to get the perfect shot. Video is also high quality. It has an enormous storage space. I highly recommend this phone!

Great phone except...

I HATE that it doesn't have a headphone jack... one of the reasons that I have stuck with androids is that it is was so ridiculous that iphones got rid of them. It didn't even occur to me that galaxy would decide to remove them as well. It's on me for not double checking, but I absolutely hate it. The camera is great, the phone is great, but I honestly wish I could trade it back in for my s8 just to get that headphone jack back. So inconvenient.

My new Galaxys21 ultra

I was happy getting a new phone. However, I am very disappointed that my Galaxy 2 watch will not sync. I loved that it worked well with my Galaxy S 20 plus phone, connected by Bluetooth. We are retired, and I can't pay for a sim card for my watch servi9ce and my phone service too! You need to make a fix for this (says unable to find connection) Love this watch and like the new phone but if I could use them together It would be heaven
