Outstanding hand set (phone)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my phone over a year ago and paid for it through Samsung Financing. The look and feel of my S21 is great and there is so much I can do with this phone. To this day I haven't had any problems with this phone or any of the six previous Samsung galaxy phones. Samsung is the best and I can't see myself changing from Samsung products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prepare yourself for a economic entry into a stable of flagship offerings. Pessimism aside, the omission of expansion slots and ear phone jacks only slim down the profile of a speedster. With above average refresh rates, an amazingly detailed camera, and a trade in incentive that rewards loyalty, the S21 has been positioned to run with champions. If your looking to have another year of satisfaction in the Samsung galaxy, the S21 will not disappoint.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Galaxy Samsung note 2 until about 2 months ago it finally stopped working (after 9 years.) so I got the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G. I was worried it would be hard to get used to since it is quite a bit different than the 9-year-old note2, but it was pretty simple to get the hang of, I have all the settings to my likings and got all my apps and contacts in there.
The phone is a bit slimmer than my old phone so I was worried about the screen size but it extends to the edge so the screen is plenty big.
The battery is great, I can stay on the phone playing games and watching videos for 6 hours straight and it only uses about a third the battery.
The Camera takes clear high-quality photos, it even has different capture modes so you can take a regular photo, you can hold the capture button down and it will take a series of photos really quickly that looks like a video when shown one right after the other.
There is plenty of space on this phone for apps, music, pictures, videos, etc...
My only complaint about this phone is that it cost so much, but when you think about the quality and all the functions it has it seems worth it. and Samsung has great payment and trade-in options.
all in all, this is a great phone and I highly recommend it to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my Samsung S21 but it's not that different specs wise from the S20 so that does possibly make me feel like I wanna wait to buy any new phones coming out So that I can wait and see if there's going to be any different because if you're going to pay all that money it should be actually enough grade and not the same phone just with a different look but other than that I love my Samsung it's a great company and they make great phones!!!

Fantastic Camera, Downgraded Battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the Galaxy S21 from an LG G7, and I have mixed feelings. The camera is fantastic, definitely a major upgrade from my LG. The camera is so nice that I haven't even touched my DSLR since buying this phone. The phone's performance is also fast and smooth, and the speakers are really nice and clear. However, the battery is a major downgrade from my LG, and even my Samsung Galaxy S6. It supports wireless charging, but it takes super long to charge this way, so I end up just using my old corded charger, which charges way faster. The battery also drains a lot faster than my LG, even when I'm not using it. Even though the camera is really nice, I often regret buying this phone because of the battery. You would think a much newer and more expensive phone would have a decent battery and would allow you to effectively use wireless charging. I don't understand why Samsung would go backwards with their technology. Also, it does not come with a charger or headphones. Another disappointment for such an expensive device.

Too bad you have to choose at least 1 star. BIGGEST PIECE OF TRASH THAT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT! We purchased 2, after 2 weeks we BOTH received replacements, kept dropping calls, wouldn't load, cameras would not focus (the replacements we received, have the same issues. I can't do anything on this phone without being angry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
