Excellent sleep and cycle tracking!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the ring for over half an year now and Im super happy with it. The activity tracking for sports could be better but since I tend to use a sekretem device for this im not too bothered. Sleep tracking is excellent but I think cycle tracking was the biggest game charger for me. I never rememberd to track my cycle and now that ist done pretty much automatically I've started connecting my symptoms to my cycle and discovered my healh issues are due to perimenopause. The data collected made it so much easier to advocate for myself with my health provider! No subscription is also key here!

A Year Later and Still Impressed

It’s given me a lot of insightful data that’s helped me better understand my sleep patterns, identify foods my body doesn’t agree with digestively, and even recognize when my immune system might be compromised. The insights have made me much more aware of how my body responds to different habits and routines. And one of the best parts is that all of this comes without a monthly subscription.
