I love being able to know what is going on 24/7 regarding my sleep, fitness, stress levels and so much more. even better that it looks like a normal ring and i get so many compliments on it!!!

Helpful with sleep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the ring almost two months ago now and really love how it tracks my sleep and helps me understand what triggers a bad night of rest and what I can do throughout the day to improve my energy. I also love the activity tracking aspect, but I which it was more specific on calories after you log a workout.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this ring for the sole purpose of improving my sleep and overall health. I do have an Apple Watch as well but find that I can easily sleep with the ring on and do not notice it at all. The health data it collects is extremely accurate especially for sleep! I have been able to make some changes to my night time routine based on suggestions from the app and have improved my sleep. The battery is great and holds up well, I often only charge it when I shower and have never gotten a low battery alert. I can wear it for the entire weekend without charging it which is nice if on vacation. The only reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5 stars is that I found the gold to scratch very easily. Although you can’t tell until you close it’s unfortunate as only a couple months old.

Does everything I want to to do!

Took a couple tries to get the right ring size. I like all of the things it shows, sleep, steps, stress, cycle tracking and heart rate. Some days I don’t feel the sleep is as accurate, but maybe I’m a worse sleeper than I thought! Overall I like it. The app is easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Ultrahuman Ring as a birthday gift in May 2025 and have been using it ever since. I’m really enjoying it — the sleep tracking is quite accurate, and it’s become a regular part of my daily routine.
Overall, I’m very happy with the device. The only downside is that the app sometimes lags when launching from idle, but it’s a minor issue compared to the overall functionality.
I would recommend this to a friend!
