Subpar performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially was great very quickly went down hill. Has struggled with connectivity and battery life, dies in a day and a half maybe two days sometimes on chill mode. It constantly wouldn’t track my sleep data and would show 2-3 hours of a 8 hour sleep. I have already requested a refund for the clearly faulty product. If you can fix these issues I’d be interested in continuing to use Ultrahuman as I do believe the product and what you are towing to achieve

Helped me fix my sleep after a year of struggling!

I was diagnosed with mild sleep apnea and kept waking up feeling unrested no matter how early I went to bed. It started affecting my energy, focus, and mood. I didn’t want to rely on machines or meds long-term, so I decided to try the Ultrahuman Ring AIR - and honestly, it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
The sleep tracking is super detailed. It helped me understand exactly how much deep vs light sleep I was getting, what my recovery looked like, and how different habits affected my rest. I could see patterns I hadn’t noticed before, like how late-night screen time or eating too close to bed made things worse.
One thing I really love is that there’s no subscription - you get all the insights right away, without any monthly fees. The app is clean, the ring is super light (I wear it all day and night), and the battery lasts for several days at a time.
I’ve made small changes to my routine based on what the ring showed me, and I’ve genuinely seen a difference. I wake up feeling clearer, and I can tell my body is recovering better. I know sleep can be a personal and frustrating journey, but this little ring gave me back some control.

I have been tracking my fitness and recovery scores regularly from the ring, and it's helped me plan my routines much better. I have been working out for quite some time now, and I am always trying to figure out ways to optimize what I can get out of my lifestyle. We all know that sleep and recovery is a huge part of living a fit life, and somehow that has been consistently lacking from my routine. Bought this ring to be more mindful around my sleep and recovery, and honestly haven't been disappointed

I’ve been using the Ultrahuman Ring Air for 3+ months now and it’s made a noticeable difference improve my lifestyle deliberately. With a desk job, I’m finally more in tune with when to move, rest, and how to recover properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ultrahuman Ring AIR is an excellent product that helps me track all my physical activities, and monitor my heartrate, HRV. I have been using it for last 6 months and with the increase in my cardio, the correlation i see in dropped heartrate is amazing.
The caffeine window and circadian rhythm are such a great add on.
The sleep scores are so accurate and i can always see how that score correlates to my mood and energy for the entire day.
