An amazing device to stay in sync with your body. You get to track your body signals and act according to what your body wants. It’s so light and comfortable and the best bonus -looks soo COOL!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring in November and overall it’s fine, but I don’t think it’s super accurate. If I charge it overnight, it will still say that I slept and gave me a sleep score but I wasn’t wearing it. This has happened multiple times. It’s nice to wear and not bulky on uncomfy. Also I think the goals/metrics are mostly for walking, I don’t think it tracks other activity well. Also my charge will only last a day if I try and log any activity.

I wanted a ring without a subscription, so this ring is great. I find the app confusing and hard to make sense of which makes me curious to try a different brand.
