Great ring great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this ring for Mother’s Day and I love it. My only gripe is this is my second ring because my first one wouldn’t connect anymore and there have been a few times where I’m in workout mode my ring doesn’t register my heart rate. Overall I do love all the data the ring provides.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using it now for 2 months and am really happy overall with my experience. As a runner, I find all of the cardio age and vo2 max statistics really helpful and it’s been great to see them changing the longer I use the ring. The battery is good, I charge it whilst I’m at my desk every few days or so and it’s relatively fast to charge to full battery. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the period tracking. I was under the impression that as it measures your body temperature it would predict cycle outcomes based on this, not just 28 days. As someone with an irregular period, if it is late, the app just says that my period is in an unknown phase. It seems to basically be their own version of an app such as flo. I don’t find it to be any more accurate, despite the body temperature measuring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this mainly for sleep tracking as hate Apple Watch in bed. The ring is light reliable and get 5-6 battery without worrying about it. On top of that I really like the app and the insight it provides on top of sleep tracking, If your on the fence about purchasing I would go ahead and do it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great. Let's me know when to go to sleep and when to drink coffee😏 Keeps track of steps walked. Let's you know how long you were in each stage of sleep. Deep, rem, light. Provides all health stats and tells you how to improve them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am really enjoying my Ring AIR. It’s pretty accurate and I enjoy all of the features and ‘power plugs’ that are available. I love that you don’t have to pay a monthly fee for the app, that’s why I chose this option instead of the Oura. I have had some problems with the ring tracking and syncing both my sleep and activity at times, which is a little frustrating. I’ve contacted support through the app and each time they’ve been helpful! I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my ring for a few months now and I’m still obsessed with it. I have previously had smart watches but was fed up with how they looked, this ring looks so smart it’s not chunky at all you wouldn’t even know it’s a smart ring!
The sleep tracking and cycle tracking is amazing, it has alot more features that I realised before buying it which was a great surprise. The only thing is I’m not sure if it’s tracks steps 100% accurately, I had a garmin watch previously and my step count has supposedly halved which I’m not sure is accurate.
Highly recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing! You won’t regret!
