Amazing ring to enhance your wellness!

It has been so insightful to see my daily sleep scores, get reminders to help get better sleep and maximize sunlight, movement, etc. My one tip to you is to make sure you keep your ring charged. If the battery dies it does take a little time for it to sync and connect back with the app, in my experience. I charge it while I shower each day to keep it at 75% or higher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring has changed my life from a standpoint of prioritizing my sleep. The ring is excellent for tracking certain things. My complaint would be the size and quality of it. After a few months the gold paint is worn off and it doesn't look great. It is also extremely wide and becomes bothersome when doing some tasks using my hands. All in all I am happy with the product and what it has done for motivating me to be a healthier person.

So worth ditching your smart watch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it helped me ditch, my smart, watch and opt for something a lot more friendly with my life. I love the app and I especially love the really informative sleep tracking that has really changed how me and my partners see our sleep and we have one of those shared groups on the app where we get to compare our stats throughout the day, which is also very challenging when it will say who is in first place or who’s in second place and I really like the workout mode, which has been really helpful and I’ve been a lot more active recently, which has been such a great positive change for me.

It has taught me when I should be getting ready for sleep, when I should put electronics down, and when to reduce my caffeine in take. I’m sleeping a lot better now days
