I love the sleep feature and the period tracker as it is more accurate that my existing app I had. I have started taking it more seriously how and when I am sleeping to improve my sleep score.

I really appreciate the sleep tracker because I started paying much more attention to my sleep volume and realised that I don't sleep enough. With increased sleep volume my life improved significantly - my mood, my short-term memory and also most of other aspects that I didn't consider that important.

Travel limitations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fits snug and comfortable. Does not capture sleep well when I get up in the middle of the night and then return to bed. Also, data does not always capture when traveling especially out of the country. Otherwise a good product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This ring has motivated me into adopting healthy lifestyles and once you reach there, the rewards are very fulfilling. Loved the experience so far. I work offshore so not sure how this ring will play outside of internet connection for long periods but for now, this ring has performed pretty well so far.

It does not track my movement/activity very well. I would walk for an hour and it would say I did 2000 steps.
