[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this ring 2 months ago and was the best choice I made going with Ultrahuman, the insights into my sleep and how what I do during the day affects my sleep and my life into coming days has been outstanding. I will not go without it now. It’s extremely light and I don’t notice I’m wearing it, ever! I work with my hands and it’s important to me for it to be comfortable. The battery is exceptional, they say it’ll last 4-6 days at continuous use but I almost always get 6-7 days and it charges fully from 30% in about an hour. I recommend this to everyone in my life now. Hope this helps anyone on the fence if it’s worth it. IT IS!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my birthday 3 months ago and I have been wearing it since. Genuinely LOVE the ring! As someone who is super active, it tracks everything I need and more. Not to mention it’s so fashionable and looks way better than wearing a smart watch. The ring is very intelligent in many ways and even detects when you take a nap, have a fever, etc. if you’re debating on buying it, I’d suggest you just pull the trigger :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Ultrahuman ring air for 2 months. It is great for getting insight into your sleep, stress, heart rate and a ton of other indicators. There is a lot to learn about so make sure you read how the indicator numbers are calculated and their different components. I like it so far. Battery runs for a week before needing recharging. It’s nice that you don’t need to take it off in the shower or working out.

Awesome Ring

The ring has been outstanding. I use it to monitor my sleep, sleep debt, dynamic recovery, and various other features.
The ring's durability has been excellent so far. I have the matte black version. I engage in normal daily activities like washing my hands and doing dishes, and there are zero scratches so far. The battery life has also been impressive.
I appreciate that I do not have to pay a monthly subscription.

I bought this about 7 months ago.
The ring has does not sync with Apple mobile many times.
The step count is faulty. Many a times steps shown are much more than actually walked.
Even when you are in car, the steps are counted.
Major issue is non syncing with Apple mobile

One of the biggest benefits has been the clarity it provides around my energy levels—I can now pinpoint exactly why I’m feeling tired or off on a particular day, and the app highlights areas I can actively work on to improve.
I was genuinely surprised to learn that my sleep quality wasn’t as good as I thought. The detailed sleep insights made me more mindful about my routine and helped me make small changes that have had a big impact.
Comfort-wise, the ring is exceptional. It’s light, sleek, and feels like a natural extension of my body. I barely notice it, even while sleeping. I’ve also tested it in pretty rough conditions—during gym workouts, heavy weightlifting sessions, and outdoor runs—and it’s held up flawlessly. Extremely durable.
Only downside: The app tends to consume a significant amount of battery in the background, even when the ring isn’t actively connected. I hope future updates address this issue.
Overall, highly recommended if you're serious about understanding and improving your health.
