Good but not great

The sleep tracking is awesome, steps aren’t accurate and neither is the stress meter. It shows I am “stressed” literally all day, and shows my bpm always at 80+ which is absolutely inaccurate. I’m a healthy 30 something. From what I’ve been reading it does have a lot of sensor problems. Needless to say, I’m returning the product as the stress monitor and heart health is very important to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Trust the reviews you see online. I thought my purchase was different, but it wasn’t. My first ring had trouble connecting, and now my second ring’s charger has stopped working.

This item is absolutely defective. It won’t even turn on. I had to do a three day long reset that the app told me to do and once that was done it’s still didn’t even recognize the ring so I could not connect it now they’re sending me a new one from manufacture. It also is made of plastic so it’s easy to lose as it looks really fake silver colour just bad quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
